9300 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 9300 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9300 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not continue to use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 9300 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms is deemed acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
The 9300 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Information Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 9300. Registering more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, a valid email address, and payment details that match your identification documents. Inaccurate or inconsistent information may affect withdrawal processing and give rise to identity verification issues.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to 9300 support within a reasonable time. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Activities
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment and betting
- Getting information on available promotions, games, and services
- Contacting customer support for account-related enquiries
- Updating profile information to keep account records accurate
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to circumvent the platform's security mechanisms or encryption systems
- Sharing or selling account access to another party
- Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised or fraudulent means
9300 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating the above rules. Confirmed violations will result in account suspension or closure and the freezing of any associated balance pending the outcome of the investigation.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the 9300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The name on the bank account or e-wallet used must match the registered account name on 9300 for withdrawals to be processed.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount depends on the payment method selected and can be checked on the deposit page after logging in. Deposits are typically credited immediately upon payment confirmation. 9300 is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment provider.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's prevailing policy. You may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal or before withdrawals exceeding a specified limit are approved. Withdrawal limits and processing times vary depending on the method selected. Any taxes or charges relating to transactions are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.
Promotions & Bonuses
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements set out separately for each offer. These requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted. 9300 reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of abuse or fraud in their use.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
9300 is not liable for any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and use the platform at their own risk.
All content on the 9300 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 9300 or our licensors. Copying, distributing, or reusing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
The 9300 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
9300 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, promotion abuse, or at the user's own request. In cases of closure at the user's request, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded in accordance with the prevailing policy. Accounts closed due to violations may not be eligible for a balance refund.
Amendments to These Terms
9300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set by 9300, subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
